Hello I have a question about nowdays android phones.I wonder why google company woulnd't create phone with pure android 4.7 inch display micro SD support and make it more primium.I think in that case you would have a big success but it's just mine subjective opinion i might be wrong.
 
Google won't include an SD card slot - they haven't for at least 4 years. But other manufacturers do.

Right now I'd say the best match to your description is the Sony Z5 Compact: high end chipset, 32GB + SD, waterproof and decent battery life with a 4.6" screen.
