Help Android play store problem

hello
my girlfriend got a problem with her phone
she have an Acer BeTouch E210 and its running on android 2.2
she got the following problem
when she wants to download an app from the play store it always failed to download
she can't download an app
what must she do to solve this problem?

Well she can go to setting>apps> manage apps and find the play store app then select it and wipe cache and data. Should help with that problem
