my play store is not opening although my internet connection is very fast. please tell me what should i do in order to open the play store and download apps

Welcome kafia, glad to have you aboard!

You could try downloading a new version of google apps on your computer, connecting your device via USB and then just dropping it in. Then installing it via Clockwork Mod, or some other app that allows you to install via SD card or internal memory.

This might require a root to be able to do, if you haven't let me know and i will come up with a better solution.
