Androidd apps premission control?

What do you actually want to know about it?
It's a "hidden" feature of 4.3, which lets you control which permissions an app is allowed to use. Obviously if you misuse this you could break your apps. If you have 4.3, and only then, you can use this app to find the feature more easily: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.schurich.android.tools.appopsstarter
I've not updated to 4.3 yet myself (though I've downloaded a ROM), so this is still second-hand information at the moment.
