Help Android Privacy Guard Malware.

Hello.
My Android is infected and a Privacy Gurad application showed on my Desktop and I can't Disable, remove and...it.
It have Device administrator privilege and when I want to disable it from admin privilege it show me an error and my Tabled screen blacked.
How can I remove it via adb or..?

Start your device in safe mode and see if you can then remove it

Problem Solved via "Dr. Safety -Data Security FREE". I installed it and Malware removed.
