Android Problem!

Hi guys, I was really hoping someone could help me out with my question here. My cell phone has recently started acting up, I have trouble doing literally anything on it.

Every time I click on facebook or am on google it constantly switches screens on me. My phone literally does whatever it wants except what I want it to do. Im trying to text...it goes to the home screen, during one text it will switch screens on me at least five times if not more.being on the internet is a nightmare and I can't look up anything without having to retype it in 15 times because it just closes and switches to the recent icon screen, its so frustrating I usually just give up.

Does anyone know what is happening and how or if I can even fix this!?

If that happened to me, I’d yank the battery, count to a hundred, put it back and start it, just to see if was lucky.

First step is to always reboot. Just like your computer, this will fix 85% of the issues.

If that doesn't work, then a data wipe is probably needed. Do a factory reset and that will clear the cached information for every app. It will be like a brand new phone. Just be aware you will need to set your phone back up.

Are you running custom software? What phone is it?
