I have a 1-week old EVO, and have been receiving an error message fairly often (a couple times an hour or more), which references an error in android.process.acore and causes a force close. Occasionally (about once a day), the screen will also go white, the start-up HTC EVO screen pops up, then a rectangle on my homepage background (no icons) which says "loading", then the home screen icons appear again.
The phone is not rooted. I have done a factory reset, and the same problem has started up. I have read about this issue, and haven't been able to pinpoint a cause. Can anyone offer any assistance? Should I return the phone because of this?
