Help "Android.process.acore" has stopped unexpectedly.

ok,i have been having this problem since saturday of last week.Whenever i try to go into my contacts i get the error, "The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly.please try again later" and then i have to force close it.is there anyway i can fix this.please any help will be appreciated.

Never mind I fixed it. Hotmail was causing the problem.

I HAD SAME ISSUE ON MY GALAXY S3 GUESS WHAT I REMOVED FACEBOOK AND NO MORE PROBLEM

Never mind I fixed it. Hotmail was causing the problem.

Same on my LG Optimus Black. Using Contacts resulted in the android.process.acore stopped unexpectedly message.

Used settings to uninstall the hotmail app and Contacts is now working again.

Just been saved from a factory reset.
