This is my first post here...so bear with me.
The Prevail is my first Android device, and I'm having my fair share of issues with it. Today, I received a text from a contact who had a new phone number. When I went to her contacts page on my phone to change the number, I received the error above. I cleared the contacts cache and tried a reset, but I'm still having the issue.
Any advice?
