Help android processes stopped

i can't perform any activity on my phone now, this warning keep on pop-up
process.android.acore
process.android.gapps
contacts
googleplayservices
and etc.
cant clear data, force stop app and
cant disable
cant even hard reset

You can hard reset directly from recovery. How you get to that depends on the manufacturer, but will involve rebooting while pressing some combination of keys.

Have you tried pulling the battery out for a few minutes (if that is an option)? Or forcing a restart by pressing and holding to power key if not?

Any idea what may have started this (any changes, updates etc before it began)?

Looks like some problem in your firmware, the same happened to me, (but I can reset) and only one app occurred on my case( your case is like a worse case scenario!!!) And I can't barely do anything when that happened to me ... try contacting your manufacturer on that case , for warranty coverage etc..
