android recovery files

hi i really need your help. ı accidently deleted videos from my samsung galaxy s. I scanned only 42 videos but could not one which i really need. İs it deleted for ever ? or there is something to find it.?by the time, new programs developed is it possible to find new videos.do you advice to keep phone until new programs founded and these programs could find the video which ı look for?

If the file has been overwritten by another file it's gone forever. Otherwise any good file undelete program, like DiskDigger, should find anything even partially recoverable.

New apps won't change anything - once the file is overwritten it's not there any more, so it can't be found.

That's why they invented backups.
