Apps Android Remote Debugging in oder versions

Hi,

I would like to remote debug an Android device which has 4.2.2 version. I have an app with cordova framework installed but it seems hat I can't see the app in chrome://inspect/.

In https://developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/remote-debugging it says that for app debugging: Android 4.4+ and a WebView configured for debugging.

Is there any way I could remote debug in older versions of Android? Unfortunately I can't update the device.
