Root Android Rom restore md5

Hello, well I had a Custom Rom installed into my s4 mini and I want to go back to my previously stock Rom.
Previously Before installing the Custom Rom I did a back up of my stock Rom (4.2) using CWM.
Now that I want to go back to the stock Rom via CWM, It appears a message that says "md5 mismatch".
Well I did a research about this and apparently the solution is to go and search a nandroid.md5 file, edit it and delete all the text that it

Try and see if there is an option under the Menu or setting in CWM for "Skip MD5 Check" or something along those lines. See if that will allow it to flash.
