I want to put a tablet in the van I'm getting soon, but neither of my Android tablets have an option to NEVER screen time out. The max is 30 mins.

Hi shovenose,

Will the tablet be powered while in the van? Most Android devices should have an option (possibly underneath the Developer Options menu) to Stay Awake While Charging. That would keep the display on permanently whenever external power is applied.

And what are you looking for in regards to a "rear camera app"?

If you are into Tasker there is a Display Timeout function that you could set to 23h 59m 59s. Just have a Tasjer timer reissue it every day.
