Apps Android SDK 'No Build Target' Problems

Hi,
I installed the Android SDK, a computer, but no target does not seem to want to open a new project. Can you help?

You need to use the ADV to download a version of Android for Eclipse to use as the build target. Just click the icon on the left in your picture that looks like an android behind a box and download one or all of the android versions. You only need one but if you want to test on multiple platforms, you will need all the platforms you wish to test on.

You also need to open the eclipse preferences, select Android and set the location of the Android SDK folder.
