android serrvice is stopped unexpectedly

hi please help me...my android phone continuously showing the notification of sorry the process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly ,and due to this i am unable to run the download applications

Just a suggestion,

From what you mentioned, it sounds like the Google Play Market is corrupted for some reason.

You might want to try re-installing the Google Play Market.

If that does not work, you might want to try a Factory Reset.
