Hi all,
Hoping someone will be able to shed some light on a problem I have been experiencing with my Galaxy S3.
The phone appears to have developed some kind of fault with receiving network signal. It went from working fine, to having extremely poor call quality meaning people cannot hear me well at all on the phone. Calls also regularly have this strange tendency to go silent for a few seconds, as if the call has been muted, then return again as if nothing has happened. Finally, calls also drop out/ hang up spontaneously frequently.
The confusing part is that there are other phones on the same network at my home, and none of them are experiencing this problem.
Does anyone have any ideas what would be causing this? Is it likely to be a faulty part that can be replaced?
