Android simulator with Flash (Need help)

Hello. I am an addicted Kongregator (aka a person that uses all the time badge-hunting on kongregate.com) and, as maybe you know, Kongregate made an app called "Arcade", where you can download, play and rate games, and earn mobile-only badges (aka achievements).
I'm really interested on getting these badges, but unfortunately I don't have an Android phone and my father won't buy one for me. So I tried to use some Android emulators, such as one where you restart your computer and run the android Os from an external drive, and the android SDK.
The first kind of simulator didn't work because the screen got extremely distorted for me, probably because my computer isn't that good. The SDK didnt function because it won't install flash, so no games run on it.

So I need an Android 2.2 or higher simulator (because you can only download the Kongregate Arcade app on these versions) that accepts Flash (or else no games would load). Could anyone help?

One moderator of the Kongregate forums replied with this:

Could anyone confirm this please?

Well, if the emu for the SDK runs on QEMU, it should be possible to snag the image, run it in stock QEMU, and see if there is a A8 Core image for qemu somewhere (You can pick which processor QEMU is showing).
