How can i download mt65xx android driver from my laptop and put it to my android phone as my phone doesn't have it.

The driver is a program that runs in the laptop that tells the laptop what that thing plugged into the USB port is, and how to handle it. If you're missing something in the phone, it's not a driver.
Try explaining what the problem is in English, and maybe someone can figure out what you need and where you can get it.
It it's the driver you need in the laptop so that the laptop can recognize the phone, you get those from the phone manufacturer's site. Post the manufacturer and model of the phone, and the operating system of the laptop (Windows 7, Windows 8, MacOS, whatever) and someone can probably give you a link to the driver.
