Android.SmsSpy

[Android Question]

I just got a notification from my virus protection that Android.SmsSpy is a threat on my phone but it is not letting me uninstall it. I tried Googling it and it says it is a tracking program. I did not install this and I don't want it on my phone. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?! I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 with Android version 4.4.2.

I would suggest a factory reset because you don't know where the trojan comes from. You should check your last installed apps and google their names with a keyword like "virus" or "trojan". Then you know which app should be reported in play store.
