Android speaking everything

Help! I don't know if I hit some random keystroke I was unaware of but after a recent update to a few apps this evening my phone has started speaking everything with the Maps Navigation TTS voice, as in I hit the power button at the top and it speaks "ONE THIRTY FIVE A.M. RINGER ONE HUNDRED PERCENT", then I wait and when the screen blanks it says "SCREEN OFF RINGER ONE HUNDRED PERCENT."

It's incredibly annoying, and just started.

Figured this out. Turns out it was settings > accessibility > uncheck talk back. Oh my God that was irritating... apparently TTS doesn't respect the volume control either.
