Help Android storage issues

[Android question]

I plug my android in usingnthe USB and two devices are shown CD drive and removable disk. The removable disk cannot be used; the PC tells me to insert a disc into removable disk. I've already tried using different cables. Both devices show but the removable disk is not usable and looks a bit transparent.

You should update the USB drivers on your PC. Some phones require specific drivers to be used as mass storage.
