Apps Android Studio Error

hello guys,

I downloaded Android Studio and related (eg sdk & other). When I try to run, I have two errors as the below pictures

I am a relative newbie with Android Studio so I may be able to help.

Sadly cat see the images and mediafire is a blocked site at work.
