Help Android system problem!!(I think). Please, someone help me!

How should I start..I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus, OS: Android 2.3.6 gingerbread and one day it suddenly decided to go crazy. I don't even know if it's a software or a hardware problem. When I plug the charger in, it will always show 99%, whether it is fully charged or not, when I unplug it, the sound(that short notification when you plug the battery in) will go on for dozens of minutes, non-stop. I receive the same message about 10-15 times each, my keyboard doesn't work, I press the button but it won't write and if I turn off the phone, it won't turn on unless I plug the charger in. This isn't a full-time problem, but 3-4 times a day and it's infuriating!

Hey secure_dot ...

Welcome aboard.

Have you tried a different battery? If not ... please do. :)

Also, you might want first reset the device to its factory settings. I've moved your thread to its area of support for ya.

Best of luck.

I thought about that too, but why would the battery be at fault for the messages problem and my keyboard not working? And I tried restoring it to factory settings, but there's a message saying I should delete my samsung account first. What samsung account? the one I use in google play or..? Thanks for your response :D
