android system recivery <3e>

My samsung galaxy grand duos is stuck on "Android system recovery <3e>" and does not reboot when I click on "reboot system now...What do I do in order to reboot without doing a hard reset and losing data?

Hi

Select reboot now using the volume up/down key to move the cursor. Press the power button to select it (screen press wont work). Be careful you select the right option!

And if that doesn't work, try pulling the battery out for about 30 seconds, then replace it and power the phone up. It should boot normally.
