I have a rooted android and I wanna know if I can still get Android system updates without having to re root my phone??

If you return the phone to completely stock software, including replacing any custom recovery with the stock one, then yes.

If you mean OTA, most likely not. Many people were successful in getting the KK-to-L with root (provided they had not changed or removed system files… and of course, they lost root post-update), but the Android security model is stricter going forward, and unlikely to continue working that way. However, if you also have a custom recovery, there is nothing to prevent you from flashing the OTA file yourself.
