Help Android Tab micro usb getting disconnected upon power fluctuations

We are connecting an android tablet with charger and micro USB with barcode scanner...when room fan is switched on/off, scanner is stopped working..Can any body pls help urgently......

Sounds like your electricity supply might not be too stable. Do the lights dim and flicker? If the mains so unstable it's causing problems for a tablet and barcode scanner, might be worth getting an UPS to run them on. That's if you can't improve the mains supply by other means.

Its not electricity supply issue as we are just switching fan button off..Lights are not dimming or flicking...Is this to do with any usb power surge.....Also we have seen this issue at multiple places just to confirm if this is electricity supply..Is there are usb power settings control in android or any app which can help in this.....

Try a different usb and or a different USB charger box.
Or....don't turn on fan
Hehehe...just kidding about the last part,little development humor
