android tablet acer a1-830

hello I have an acer a1-830 android tablet. it won't power on unless the power button is pressed for 30 seconds. is it possible to make it turn on instantaneously as soon as the power button is pressed. thanks.

Tablet is 7 years old running 4.2 Jellybean so it probably won't perform as when you first bought it.

Time for a new tablet

factory reset it. if it still happens, then you have a hardware issue. if it ids a hardware issue then you can either get the power button fixed or like @tube517 suggested, get a new device.
