Android Tablet PC

Hi

This is my first post. I have never used an android device before and I am not very good with technology so I thought i should come here for answers.
I am thinking about buying a Tablet PC, either Samsung Galaxy Tab or Archos 70 or 101.

My questions are: (sorry if they are stupid questions)
Can either device support 4od or BBC player or general movie streaming online? Does not have to be fast for streaming just wondering if it is possible.
Can I install programmes like VC poker or Full Tilt Poker?
Is there a big difference in quality between Samsung Tab and Archos?

The Galaxy tab and Archos 70 are similar sizes with the Archos 101 being a somewhat larger form factor. All should be able to stream video though screen resolution may not be quite up to par.
