Honeycomb (3.0,.1,.2) is the tablet version of Android. The other tablets you refer to are using the phone OS. The fact is, Google has yet to even release HC through AOSP, and I don't believe they will. Your best bet is to get a Honeycomb tablet, which you could eventually put Ice Cream Sandwich on, the next version of software that will unify the the phone and tablet software. I'd love to see more apps developed for Honeycomb in the meantime! Good luck.
