Thanks for joining the forum. That shouldn't be like that. I would suggest you return the device or request a new battery from whoever/Wherever you got it from.
Even the manual tells you how long should the battery last with normal usage. Good luck.
Even for a cheap knock-off tablet, you should be seeing more like 20 hours on a charge. I'm with rush on this. You got a defective model. Return or exchange it.
