Hi, welcome to the phandroid community. What kind of tablet are you looking for? We would be happy to help you with buying a tablet.
Where are you from? that would be a good place to start.
Anyway the "best" when looking at specifications would be the Samsung Galaxy TabPro 12.2" LTE, there is also a 10.1" and 8.4" version as well as a the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2".
The Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 is also very good all round device.
Samsung also just announced some new tablets, the Galaxy Tab S series which have AMOLED displays, probably worth waiting for because of the displays alone.
The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet is decent as well, but lacks the wow factor you get from the gorgeous displays on the Samsung tablets.
