Help Android tablets wih multitasking?

Are there Android tablets with true multitasking?

I mean I can open two windows at the same time and switch between them. For example one is Chrome and one is text editor and I can write notes in my text editor while browsing the web.

Newer Samsung devices usually have the feature you are looking for.
I remember Samsung Galaxy S5 or S6 having that feature, so the high-end Samsung Galaxy Tabs should also carry it.
