Android to Android remote

I am looking for an app to control my Android phone via an Android tablet, so that I don't have to install same set of apps on the tablet especially those paid one, it works like the old days 'PCanywhere' but run on Android, does such thing exist ?

If both your tablet and your phone uses the same Google account, you should be able to transfer those apps without any extra payment.

The reason I want this is I have bad cell reception in my location, I must put my phone in the sweetspot to get usable signal for internet, it would be great if I could remote control my phone via WiFi or Bluetooth on the tablet, and working on the same copy of apps anywhere in my home without the need to synchronize, this may sound silly I know..
