Android to iPhone "To-do" list app

Does anyone know of a to-do list app that can link between android and iphone? Grocery Gadget does this for a grocery list, but I can't find a straight forward to-do list that will.

I use tadalist.com, which works well in pretty much any browser.

I appreciate the feedback, I can use it as a backup, but an app would be ideal...
