Android to pc sync

I need of a program suggestion for android to pc sync of calendar appointments
with delete and preferably and a add function.

I tried the following and didn't worked or don't support calendar.

Do you know of a program for pc that syncs android over bluetooth and does not need also to open the program on the phone? I don't want to sync in the cloud. Sync locally on the pc.
By the way the Samsung Kies does not sync of calendar. There is not such a selection. How do i make it sync with calendar of the phone on the pc version of Samsung Kies over the pc?

Samsung Kies syncs to Outlook, it doesn't have its own Calendar app. It just is used as a go between Outlook and your phone. For example, if I sync my phone to my PC via Kies, it'd send my contacts, calendars and reminders to my Outlook.
