Android Trouble

Daio1982

I have a 10" android 4.2 tablet but am unsure what make or model as it has no markings and there is nothing on the box it has developed a problem of not loading. I have been searching for how to do a hard reset on this device but cannot find how, I think its an MID android.... Can anyone help please as i need it for work

Thanks

Going to be very hard to help with the limited information you have given us. Also another problem is that it sounds like its a cheap tablet. Most of the cheap tablets just have no support to them. If its a device that your using for work I would suggest you get a named device like Nexus or Samsung something that is going to have a support system to it.

EDIT:
You could try looking up the FCC ID number and see if that gives you some information about your tablet.

Quite possibly the software ROM has become corrupted or damaged rendering it bricked and unbootable, often due to poor quality. It would need to be reloaded, and if that's not available, really option left would be to RMA it as faulty for refund or replacement.

More information about these non-branded "MID" type cheapies here.

I would concur with Argedion, if you need it for work or something mission critical, maybe better off getting a brand name tablet, like a Samsung or Google Nexus device, or even an Apple iPad.
