Sorry if this is not correct spot to ask this, but I'm not sure what category it fits into.
I have developed an app/widget for some of our sales staff to use on their android tablets v2.1.
The app development side if things is fine. What I'm trying to find out is, if there is a way to put my widget on the home screen but then lock it in place so that the staff cannot move or delete it.
Is this possible? I'm looking at doing a custom ui if necessary, but wasn't sure how to preserve the required files so they can't be wiped.
Failing that can the ui be made to change back to a template on startup?
