Android up-grade 4.0.3

[johnandrews]

Having recently up-graded my phone to Android 4.0.3 i have noticed a red frame around the display, it is not there all the time it appears intermittently. Is this a new feature of 4.0.3 or an error introduced during the download?

What phone do you have?

Sounds like you have strict mode enabled under developer options.
