I have a Galaxy S with the original Android OS and want to upgrade to the latest versioIES notifies me of an updated version. I get as far as Preparing the upgrade components but it freezes, the cancel button is not available and I can't close the window. I can only close it using CTRL+ALT+DEL. I have Windows 7 Home Premium, just installed as well as any updates. Is this a known issue? Any suggestions?
