Android Update from 1.5 to 1.6 / 2.0 for Dext

Ok , I just got my Motorola Dext and was bought in Singapore. So the Android version is 1.5 , I'm trying to figure out how do I update to 1.6 or even 2.0 ? Any guys here who has done that before and my firmware is en.US which is not suppose to be that and because of that , I can't use the Wi-Fi. Anyone knows how to reset the whole thing so it makes into Asia Region or even have files for that ?
