Help Android voice to text through Google keyboard malfunctioning

As I was experiencing some of these problems again this morning I was thinking of a possible end run around these problems that may work for some of us. Best Buy is a store that some of us here are familiar with but I have to believe other places that sell electronics may have a similar policy/program in place: If you buy a device from Best Buy they will also offer you an extended warranty plan. Now usually when places offer an extended warranty plan they are usually garbage but I can tell you that I used their plan for my pricey bluetooth headset because I rely on it a lot. I bought my headset 7 years ago and have had it replaced about twice a year with this plan due to malfunctions or damage, and the most it has ever costed me to do this is the $14 to extend the plan another year. They sell phones as well so here is what I am thinking..... If I buy a new phone from them, get the extended warranty, and then start returning it for a replacement every time the voice-to-text starts malfunctioning, I wonder how long this would go on before SOMEONE finally decides it may be time to do something about it? I would think it would get pretty pricey for them NOT to fix it, right?
Anyone else have a thought about this? Anyone else know of stores with a similar policy in their area?
