Android: Whats Next?

Heres the deal:
My Incredible stopped receiving texts. I could do a hard reset but Id rather just go buy a Razr Maxx. Im going to buy it at $199...

Instead of buying a new phone right now when I could try the hard reset, I might wait.

Theres NO WAY every new smart phone that comes out now wont have a battery that competes with the Razr Maxx. I think this phone is going to make it standard.

Is there something sweeter I should wait for since I will probably be paying around the same amount for a new phone when it comes out? Whats the next big deal? HTC Hero phones?

Im not deep in the mix of things - any advice would be awesome!
 
There's persistent rumours about the Galaxy S3. Though it could be some months away before it gets to the shops.
 
Any ideas at all as to when RAZR gets ICS? This might make/break my buy/wait decision because theres bound to be some sort of special/deal between now and then....

When does this come out?

I am hearing a lot about these "hero" phones and quadcore things etc

My question is: am I ok spending $200 for a Razr Maxx right now or is there going to be something sweet coming out in a couple of weeks?

I heard about these 1st quarter ideas and nothing came out yet so its bound to be soon right?

Do I wait or go grab it now?
