I've been trying to figure out how to do this but have found nothing without flashing. I can't flash because my PC doesn't read SD Cards. Please help if you have any ideas.

Going straight to the point here, but do you know what you're actually doing? What are you attempting to do, flash a ROM, or root it, or something? To use SD-cards on your PC, you can always buy an inexpensive USB SD-card reader dongle.
