android wont install updated system, shows dead android error

[Android Question]

Im trying to update my nexus 5 android phone with the android 5.0 lollipop OS... but when its installing, it aborts the installation and shows an android dead and says "error"

when i try to manually install it, it aborts installation and says

"/system/build.prop" has unexpected content
E:Error in /tmp/update.zip

how can i fix this problem???? please help me!!!

Do you have a custom recovery? It won't update if you do .
