Android X Texting Prob

Had my Droid for several months now...still can't figure out how the heck to arrow up, down or over when texting? Sometimes I need to return to a word or sentence already typed and can't get there. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forums, if you're talking about the droid x then you just tap where you want to go, then tap and hold again(if there is a red symbol) if you want to be more precise.

EDIT: If you mean scroll up the list of texts then you simple just use your finger and 'scroll down'. For some reason I find it hard if you couldn't figure that out.
