When I want to remove something from my internal storage it says file cannot be deleted. How to fix this???

We will need a bit more information, since there could be more than one reason why a file can't be deleted. What file is it, what process/user owns it, and what are the file permissions (look at it in a file explorer app, long press on the file and select "details" or "properties").

When I mount usb storage and try to delete something it says: cannot remove file.the storage is write-protected.Remove write-protection and try again.

Could you let us know what device you have and what version of Android you're running? IT would help narrow down the possibilities.

Are you mounting the storage from a PC or doing this directly on your phone? KitKat (android 4.4) had some pretty strictly enforced permissions that might prevent you from deleting files if they were created by an app.

Where you exploring your system files with a root explorer and changed a rw file to a non rw file or a folder witch causes all the files in the folder to become non wr?or maybe possibly it's a administrator apk did you check your administrator settings,or is your phone encrypted?and finally did you somehow turn that apk into a system apk??
These are just a few reason why your phone will give this notification,
hope you're problem gets solved, good luck!
