Androids are shipping!

My UPS status is billing information received..so I called UPS and they said it was scheduled for delivery on Monday Oct 20th...Yaaaayyyy
 
Yeah, I think they are shipping in concentric rings from KY, which will stage everyone to get theirs at close to the same time. So, the outer fringes of the US show up first on the tracking, and it works in from there.

That's my theory and I'm sticking to it!
 
I agree with the concentric rings idea. It makes sense that if you want them all to arrive on about the same day, you stagger the shipping.

UPS is definitely good at what they do.
 
I Called ups today and they said it would arive on the 20th, now when I look on the website it says it was recheduled to be delivered on 10/21/08.

Mines shipped from kentucky.

True- though my particular order has it left the UPS facility. Two drop points to far. I can hardly contain my blood preassure at this point.

I'm gonna go into the mountains near South Park CO and freeze myself until mine arrives on the 21st so I don't have to wait. Someone come and unfreeze me, ok?
 
ok, my android is moving. It sat in 'not shipped but we have your billing info' limbo for 3 days. I even drempt this morning that it got delivered.

But instead it was shipped from KY and weirdly enough it got scanned in West Sacramento like less than a day later.

UPS says 10/21, but I suspect more like 10/20 - monday.
 
Well, mine left Kentucky and arrived in Chicago. Seeing as I live just outside Chicago, I'm looking to get it on monday as UPS does not deliver on saturday except during Christmas time.

mine is in TN scheduled delivery date of Oct 21.BUT I work for a ups hub here in Atlanta so I can just pick mine up Monday before try load it on a package car Monday night!
