I haven't seen that question in a while. While I know there are some people who have been able to get Android working marginally on the Monte, I have never seen it work well. If you are only looking to experiment for fun, then there are many results in a Google search. Sorry, I can't recommend any as I can't vouch for their success rate.
If you are looking to do this to your everyday phone, I'd have to recommend against it and rather see if you can just get a similar class Android phone as a replacement. You'll have a much better experience.
