Hi name is Angel, I have a MyTouch Slide and it keep updating it self. Sometimes as soon as 1 minute. Can someone help

Are you talking about system updates or app updates? If it is a system update, yuo may just be getting a notification that one is available. If it is an app update, the easiest way to fix that is to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. It should install the latest version.
It may be peculiar to your phone so you might want to check in the MyTouch Slide forum to see if other users have had the same problem.
